reforms nationwide. Al-Hakim, in turn, lauded the government's anti-corruption initiatives, underscoring their importance within legal and institutional frameworks to build public trust. He also praised the government's strategy for fostering genuine and balanced regional and international partnerships to bolster Iraq's
global standing and promote development and stability.
