Iraq's ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Reda Al-Husseini, met on Thursday with the Director General of Lebanese Public Security, Major General Hassan Shaqir, as well as the Moroccan ambassador to Lebanon, Amhad Krin, to discuss shared and regional issues. The discussions
took place at the headquarters of the Lebanese Public Security Directorate, where recent developments in Lebanon and the region were reviewed, along with security matters of mutual interest. The situation of the Iraqi community in Lebanon and ways to follow
up on their affairs were also addressed. In a separate meeting, Al-Husseini and the Moroccan ambassador discussed strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two embassies, as well as exchanging views on key regional developments and current challenges.
