MP Mohammed Abu Al-Eis stated today, Friday, that there is a lack of genuine will to approve the salary scale, urging political blocs to prioritize the interests of the people above all else. He emphasized that his motto is to
proceed with implementing the salary scale, noting that it is a solution to save the poor and those with limited income, achieving social justice. He added that justice must prevail in all state institutions, stressing that it is unacceptable for
salaries to vary greatly between employees, where some receive large sums while others suffer from meager wages. He pointed out that many citizens are deprived of basic services such as healthcare and housing despite their rights and their pursuit of
living with dignity. He affirmed that implementing the salary scale enhances the dignity of citizens, calling on the Prime Minister to expedite the study and execution of the scale. He highlighted the absence of real political will on this issue,
urging various political frameworks to place the people's interests above everything. He noted that many employees receive low salaries that prevent them from starting families, mentioning that the salary scale law is currently in the corridors of the Council of
Ministers and ready for voting in the Parliament.
