The Council of Ministers issued several decisions today regarding oil, housing, and electricity. Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani chaired the 18th regular session, discussing the country's situation and approving high-level wheat seed pricing for the 2025-2026 season at 700,000 IQD
per ton for planned quantities. The Cabinet also approved the Basra-Haditha oil pipeline project and measures to secure the state's share in residential investment projects. Furthermore, the 2026 investment budget for the Iraq-China framework agreement was reviewed, alongside electrical grid
projects for hospitals.
