He strongly backed state actions against the corrupt, urging their sustained enhancement to achieve justice and protect the nation
and its citizens. Al-Abadi stressed this fight must be exhaustive and ongoing, free from narrow interests, with everyone adhering to one standard. He advocated these measures become part of a structural political reform project, ending chaos, sectarian quotas, and collusion,
thus building a state of institutions and law. He concluded by emphasizing universal support for these efforts, upholding reform and solidifying ethical, national, and legitimate trust.
