The Prime Minister, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, and the head of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri Kamil Al-Maliki, emphasized the necessity of completing the government formation and enabling it to perform its role.
A statement from Al-Zaidi's office received by (Al-Rabi'a) mentioned that "the Prime Minister received the head of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri Kamil Al-Maliki, to discuss the overall general conditions in the country, and the importance of unifying positions
and visions to support the government, assist it, and implement its program and plans to achieve its economic, developmental, and service goals in a way that achieves comprehensive development."
The statement pointed out that "the meeting emphasized the necessity of concerting the efforts of the national political forces to complete the government formation and enable it to perform its role, in order to overcome the current challenges and secure the interest of Iraq and its people."
