A senior official at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a warning regarding the repercussions of the European Union's lack of oversight for the drones it develops. Vladislav Maslennikov, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry, affirmed
that this absence of supervision significantly amplifies threats targeting critical infrastructure, not only within Russia but also extending to other nations. Maslennikov elaborated that these risks are particularly exacerbated by the European Union's public statements expressing a desire to learn
from Ukraine's experience in drone usage, which he characterized as employing "explicit terrorist methods." It is noted that Ukraine's drone arsenal includes British-made UAVs and domestically produced ones equipped with Western components and munitions.
