Iraq’s National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji stated on Wednesday that targeting any Iraqi security formation poses a serious threat to the unity and authority of the state.
He condemned attacks on security sites in Nineveh, Anbar, Babil, and Erbil, describing them as violations of Iraq’s sovereignty and international law.
The attacks targeted the Iraqi army, Popular Mobilization Forces, and Peshmerga, threatening national stability.
Al-Araji called for a unified national stance to protect Iraq’s sovereignty and avoid regional conflicts.
