targeting innocents, displacing families, and destroying cities by ISIS militants—have heightened awareness of the brutality and danger terrorism poses to societies. He stressed that the security of Arab peoples is interconnected, and that solidarity in facing extremism and terrorism is
a shared responsibility among Arab nations.
