A government spokesperson in Iran announced that Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi informed the cabinet about receiving a U.S. proposal aimed at reaching an agreement to end the war. This followed a meeting between Araghchi and his team with Qatari mediators
in Doha on Tuesday evening, during which they received Washington’s response to the seven-day proposal. Araghchi is scheduled to discuss this response in Tehran on Wednesday. An informed official explained that the document under negotiation outlines a seven-day plan focused
on building trust and returning to an enhanced version of the memorandum of understanding signed by the U.S. and Iran in June.
