The Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, emphasized that the scientific conference for the Iraqi judiciary aims to promote scientific and technological advancement and expand cooperation horizons among judicial entities. In a video statement, he explained
that the council has been keen in recent years to keep pace with scientific and technological developments, as well as to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise to improve the judiciary's performance and serve justice. He pointed out that the conference
scheduled for April 15-16, 2027, is a continuation of this approach, stressing that dialogue among specialists is not merely an exchange of ideas but a tool for building the judiciary's future through knowledge, experience, and openness.
