The Coordination Framework decided on Monday to proceed with naming the remaining ministers to complete the government formation. The Framework held its regular meeting today at the office of Haider al-Abadi, during which it discussed priority political and legislative files. The
attendees reviewed the Popular Mobilization Commission Law, emphasizing the importance of completing its legislation to regulate the Commission's work and strengthen its role within state institutions. Discussions also included key laws such as the Oil and Gas Law, the Federal
Court Law, and the Union Council Law, with the aim of completing the state's constitutional and institutional structure. Regarding the government formation file, the Framework followed the ongoing dialogues, stressing the necessity of finalizing it, and confirming its decision to proceed
with appointing the remaining ministers to enable the government to perform its duties. The meeting also discussed regulating the internal work of the Framework, emphasizing the establishment of a charter and rules governing work mechanisms and decision-making, to enhance institutionalism
and unity of stance.
