culminating in the unification of armed forces through SDF integration. The statement clarified this step, alongside related measures, marks a significant development for bolstering Syria's stability and sovereignty. This move aims to expand governance participation and fulfill the Syrian people's aspirations
for security, peace, and stability. Baghdad reiterated its full support for efforts to reinforce Syria's unity, sovereignty, and stability. It stressed Syrian state institutions should serve as the comprehensive framework for all segments of the Syrian population.
