The parliamentary integrity committee is preparing to unveil details of numerous important files to the public, particularly those related to the squandering of public funds and the abuse of official power. A committee member stated that corruption has moved beyond
isolated incidents to a complex system, directly impacting government performance and eroding public trust in state institutions. He explained that firm measures to curb the influence of corrupt individuals in government would enable more efficient implementation of government and service programs,
fostering social justice and equal opportunities. A parliamentary official affirmed the current stage requires strong political will and practical actions beyond mere slogans. He stressed that numerous pivotal files are being prepared for public disclosure, particularly concerning the illicit exploitation of
public resources and authority. He also noted the Council of Representatives' full support for any reform step by the government and Integrity Commission, affirming the Council's strong oversight role will continue in monitoring all integrity cases and their related investigations and
judicial proceedings.
