in Nineveh province to reinforce complete sovereignty by ending any foreign presence. Hammoudi stressed the importance of finalizing the government formation to implement its service and sovereign agenda. For his part, the Turkish diplomat congratulated the Iraqi government and people
on national sovereignty days and independence anniversary, describing the achievements as a vital step toward cementing stability and expressing his country's support for strengthening bilateral ties.
