The Coordination Framework held an emergency meeting at the government palace upon the invitation of Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi to discuss current political and security developments and the requirements of the post-sovereignty phase as a milestone in the path
of the country's stability, where it was emphasized during the meeting that June 30, 2027, is the final and agreed-upon deadline to address the weapons file completely, amidst praise for the efforts made by the concerned committee and the necessity
of continuing its work at the same pace until reaching that desired goal. The attendees directed the highest congratulations to the Iraqi people and their security forces of various ranks in view of their great sacrifices in defending the homeland
and protecting its sovereignty, while expressing deep gratitude and appreciation to the supreme religious authority, which has always represented the true safety valve for the country. The Coordination Framework also expressed its high appreciation for the responsible positions of the
armed factions and their keenness to prioritize the supreme national interest by fully committing to the agreement paper, which came as the culmination of strenuous efforts made by sincere parties throughout the past period, stressing the need to consolidate the
pillars of the state of institutions and the rule of law and the comprehensive call for calm and self-restraint by all parties without exception. In a related context, the attendees commended the international coalition's commitment to complete withdrawal from Iraqi
territory according to the specified timetable after its prominent contributions to defeating terrorism, concluding the meeting by emphasizing the readiness of government institutions and their superior ability to preserve the security and safety of citizens, attract investments, and provide a
safe and stable environment for all.
