it was noted that the US Vice President sent a message to the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council aiming to revive peace talks, but the President denied authorizing this, clarifying that the communication was related to medical supplies.
Reports also revealed that Washington and Tel Aviv are preparing for the possibility of conducting a series of major strikes on Iran after the elections if diplomatic efforts fail. Mediators led by Qatar are pressing Tehran to make nuclear concessions
in exchange for easing certain US sanctions.
