The UK Maritime Trade Operations announced today, Friday, that they received a delayed report regarding an oil tanker being hit by a projectile while navigating outside the Strait of Hormuz. The statement clarified that the incident occurred last Thursday, with
the tanker sustaining damage during its passage through the area. It was added that the tanker was able to continue its voyage and reach the next port without interruption.
