US President: Cuba requests aid we'll talk

US President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Cuba had requested help and that the "United States will talk to it," without providing further details. Trump wrote on Truth Social: "No Republican has ever talked to me about Cuba, a failing nation going in one direction—down! Cuba wants help, we'll talk!!! Meanwhile, heading to China!".
