The inspections focused on essential goods.
And food prices in local markets.
Analyzing causes of price increases.
Including transport costs and supply chains.
As well as supply and demand fluctuations.
They also monitored monopolistic practices.
And illegal agreements affecting prices.
The council confirmed ongoing inspections.
And actions against violators.
