Iraq and the Republic of Kazakhstan have finalized procedures for signing a memorandum of cooperation on prisoner transfer, judicial, and legal collaboration. This step aims to strengthen bilateral ties and foster expertise exchange between the two nations. Justice Minister Khalid Shwani
met with Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Iraq, Talat Shaldanbay, at the Ministry to discuss the final stages of the memorandum's signing. This cooperation is designed to develop bilateral relations and enhance sharing of judicial and legal expertise. Minister Shwani affirmed Iraq's commitment
to expanding cooperation with friendly states and reinforcing international partnerships in judicial and legal fields.
