The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Tuesday that Finance Minister Faleh Sari emphasized ensuring the stabilization of all contracts on the permanent staff and converting daily wage workers into the contract system according to resolution 315. Committee member Rebwar Ourahman
stated during press statements that discussions with the finance minister addressed various provisions of the general budget, emphasizing that all employee salaries are fully secured. The minister pointed out the diversification of oil export outlets and the cohesion of the
government program due to the stability of exported crude quantities and the ability to cover the budget deficit effectively. He added that the dollar exchange rate has not been definitively determined yet and negotiations are ongoing, noting that the proposed
exchange rate range fluctuates between fourteen hundred and fifteen hundred dinars. Regarding the contracts and wages file, Ourahman explained that the finance minister confirmed the stabilization of all contractors on the permanent staff and converting wages into contracts, in addition
to creating one hundred thousand new contracts in the budget, allocating half of them for security forces and the other half for various civil jobs.
