The Ministry of Oil announced today, Tuesday, the success of Basra Gas Company in resuming loading and exporting a shipment of condensates after a forced halt due to the repercussions of the Gulf war and shipping challenges in the region. Undersecretary for Gas Affairs, عزت صابر إسماعيل, stated that "Basra Gas Company completed loading the tanker Dakosh with 50,000 cubic meters of condensates," confirming the process complied with technical and commercial standards. He added that "the tanker departed today after completing procedures," noting this achievement resulted from ministry follow-up and staff efforts to ensure export flow despite challenges. He emphasized that achievements during crises demonstrate perseverance and responsibility, expressing hope for normal tanker flow in coming days to stabilize exports and fulfill contractual obligations. He pointed out the continued support for gas investment and maximizing hydrocarbon product utilization to enhance national revenues and support Iraq's energy sector.
