"A Necessary Apology to Colleague Shaimaa Seif," affirming that Shaimaa holds a special place in her heart and that she felt compelled to apologize. Ayten explained that their conversation six years ago was about diet and sleeve gastrectomy surgeries, mentioning
that she was referring to a friend who faced fertility issues due to weight gain, unaware of any problems Shaimaa and her husband might have had. She emphasized her good intentions and expressed regret over not knowing about the issue
all these years, also expressing surprise at Shaimaa smiling at her despite being upset. Ayten also shared a personal and painful experience with her late sister, who suffered emotional distress due to criticism about infertility, stating she would never want
anyone else to endure such feelings. At the end of the video, Ayten revealed her intention to visit Shaimaa for dinner and to reconcile, despite knowing where she lives and initially choosing to apologize via video rather than visiting directly.
