would lead efforts to create an open-source AI "community." The initiative aims for collaboration in developing large language models and their applications, alongside organizing specialized seminars and training courses for member states. The Chinese President also urged BRICS countries to join
the "Global Organization for Artificial Intelligence Cooperation," an entity established by Beijing that includes approximately 30 nations. He emphasized the importance of promoting openness and sharing AI resources.
